The Social Policy ofZadona – Fresh Herbs The policy and commitment of Zadona Company for agricultural products towards social responsibility and the principles to achieve its objectives are realized by the following:

• Adopting the concepts of social responsibility as a fundamental principle for managing all processes related to the achievement of these concepts and publishing among the suppliers.

• Making continuous effort to achieve the concepts and principles of social responsibility that is compatible with the local legal requirements and in respect to the relevant international laws.

• Supporting and training the Company's employees to enable them to understand and apply the principles of social responsibility.

• Fully recognition of the importance of achieving social responsibility by reducing child labor, avoiding and combating forced labor and under a healthful environment, and to disciplinary action according to the law while maintaining the dignity of staff and other principles described in the specification and SA8000 social responsibility in accordance with local laws and legislations.

• Strengthening relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure the application of the concepts of social responsibility along the production chain of Zadona Company, within the limits and powers of the company.

• Cooperating with the official participation to apply and disseminate the principles and concepts of social responsibility.

The management of Zadona Company is committed to direct the company's staff to fully perform their duties to provide a full guarantee in which all operations are implemented by the company in accordance with the principles and concepts of social responsibility. In order to do that, the company will refer to the requirements of the social responsibility SA8000: 2008 and its applications in accordance with the Palestinian Labor Law.

The senior management and all employees in Zadona Company are strongly committed to do and to ensure at all times the compatibility with the company's policy towards social responsibility.
